In Memoriam: Philip Jones Griffiths 1936-2008
Philip Jones Griffiths was one of PhotoVoice’s two patrons. He made an unforgettable contribution to our work – introducing our 2005 print auction at Reuters, donating some of his most iconic and exceptional prints year after year and giving a profoundly memorable lecture on behalf of PhotoVoice at the Royal Geographical Society in 2007. We feel deeply honoured to have known Philip and incredibly privileged to have learnt from him. We will be forever grateful for his generosity and support and will, like so many, miss him dearly.
