Trusts and Foundations

Working with PhotoVoice

PhotoVoice is building relationships with a growing number of trusts and foundations that share our vision of a world in which all individuals -irrespective of age, gender, race or wealth - are able to access the tools and skills through which they can find their own voice and represent themselves to both local and international audiences.

If your trust or foundation would like to be involved in PhotoVoice's work, please contact Nic Pursey on 020 7033 3878, email nic@photovoice.org or write to him at PhotoVoice, 2nd Floor, 94 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4RH

Please read our most recent Annual Review or contact us and we will be happy to send you this and/or our accounts by post.

Why do Trusts and Foundations support PhotoVoice?

"The Economist Group Charitable Trust chose PhotoVoice because its activities closely fit our Group values of promoting education and knowledge for life. In the three years we have been working with PhotoVoice we have seen how the projects we have supported have really changed young people's lives for the better. We continue to be impressed by the combination of creative vision and professionalism shown by the PhotoVoice team."

Heidi Wenyon, The Economist Group, August 2006

"PhotoVoice believes that everyone has the power to achieve great things and puts this into practice with passion and artistic flair. One of the photos from the Khmeye project in Cambodia is on the wall of our offices. It is admired by everyone who sees it and is a constant reminder of PhotoVoice's work - high quality, challenging and life affirming."

The Baring Foundation, August 2006

“When we asked a group of salesforce.com employees from throughout Europe to help decide on how to allocate our 2006 Mission Support Grants, they were unanimous in their support for funding PhotoVoice's “Side by Side” project. They wanted to support PhotoVoice in addressing one of the world's most important issues; commenting that by working with young people through the medium of photography, the project will powerfully address conflict and work to bring about resolution.”

Isabel Kelly, Salesforce Foundation, Director Europe, Middle East, Africa, August 2006
