All guests attending will be automatically registered for the silent and live auctions. This year bidding for the silent auction will be by text and will open on 14th November. ** If you are an individual UK tax payer you can help us earn extra funding from your donations through Gift Aid. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you donate, we receive an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. That means that if you donate £10 through Gift Aid we can claim an extra £2.80.

Refund Policy

Tickets for PhotoVoice events can be cancelled with a refund up to 72 hours before the Auction. £5 will be deducted per booking to cover administration costs. Should PhotoVoice cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund on all tickets will be made. Our cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights. Prints are framed for the purpose of the event. PhotoVoice will not be responsible for the re-framing of any of the purchased prints. PhotoVoice does not arrange international delivery.
